Terms and Conditions​

1. ScopeThese Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts and services between Momčilo Petrović and his clients in the context of his freelance work as a composer and music producer, particularly in the fields of film, television, and live concerts.​
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as a mutual written confirmation of the commissioned service has been provided. Changes or additions to the contract must be made in writing.​
3. Fees and Payment Terms
The agreed fee will be outlined in the written agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. For specific projects or upon individual agreement, alternative payment modalities may be offered. A payment is considered made once the full amount has been credited to the specified account.​​
4. Cancelation
I understand that plans can sometimes change. Therefore, I offer the option to cancel a project flexibly upon prior consultation. In the case of a cancellation, I reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation based on the project status. I greatly value the collaboration with my clients and strive to find a fair solution in such cases.​
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All musical works created by Momčilo Petrović remain his intellectual property. The use, modification, or publication of these works by the client requires prior written agreement. Usage rights will be granted only as agreed in the contract and under the conditions outlined therein.​
6. Liability
Momčilo Petrović is only liable for willful misconduct or gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, there is no liability unless essential contractual obligations, which are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, are violated.​
7. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable legal regulation.
